An exciting subdivision of the Amanzi Healing Foundation, which is currently under development, is the 'Professional Development Programme' for Creative professionals mainly from minority groups.

Under this programme, artists, musicians, mentors, animators, martial artists community workers etc. who wish to work in outreach and education, are taken under the wing by an AHF practitioner from the same or similar discipline.

Each successful applicant is offered a three to six months contract (renewable and reviewable) during which he or she works with their assigned practitioner in learning and delivering AHF workshops and performances.

Upon completion of the six-month training - and if all parties are in agreement - the applicant is then offered a chance to participate in AHF's 'Liquid Growth' programme. This self-funded and self-directed professional venture consists of two options:

1. The opportunity to run a branch of the AHF

2. The opportunity to create a sister company of AHF

Whichever option the applicant chooses, he or she is given full support and professional guidance of AHF's management, to help them succeed in their career.
