the Process
Workshops usually last around two hours and can take many formats.
Often, the leaders perform a percussive rhythm piece, followed by games and exercises, passing on the skills demonstrated in their introduction.
During the entire process, people are strongly encouraged to take control of the creative process.
Group size ranges between 3 and 30, with no limits on age, though separate age groups are encouraged.
We have found that long-term involvement in these types of projects greatly improves self-regulatory behaviour.
