- Lake Space - A short story (1993) Recounting a life journey through Nature.
- Afrikan Tales - Poetry collection (1999), Asafo travels 'On the road to Elmina' (Ghana) and relives the history and treachery of slavery.
- The Voice - Poetry collection (2000), he adopts a more personal approach, as he explores the continuing Joys and Struggles of living in the African diaspora.
- Where the Tock Went - Short story (2001) A children's book that was inspired by, and written with his (then) four-year old son Cymande.
